The annual Career Day @ BMSS was successfully carried out with the enthusiastic support of the external stakeholders – lecturers and student ambassadors of the Polytechnics, ITE, NAFA and LASALLE, members from the Parent Support Group, professional speakers – and the school interns. Course/career talks and exhibitions were held in-house for the Sec 2 Express, Sec 4 and 5 students. Feedback from the Sec 2 Express students was very positive as they learnt about the differences between the JC and Poly tracks. For this year’s career fair, the Sec 4 Normal students were given more options for the ITE course talks and the Sec 2 Express students were given the choice to opt in for the JC and Poly talk. At the end of the fair, all the students did a reflection of their experiences on their CCE reflection booklets. Some students even walked away with a small token having done their reflections well.
